Workshops

These intensive programs concentrate on a single aspect and allow artists, both working professionals and serious amateurs, to build upon their existing skills and learn new ones. Workshops are day-long classes usually running for five consecutive days. They are taught by Studio Incamminati instructors and carefully selected visiting instructors. Workshops are offered throughout the year at Studio Incamminati's Philadelphia studio and at selected locations around the United States. A portfolio review is not required.

Composition and Color in Still Life for Art Educators

Heads, Faces, and Features in Sanguine/Drawing in the Renaissance Tradition

The mandatory drawing skill-sets apprentices had to master in the workshops of the high-Renaissance was charcoal, sanguine chalk, and pen and ink. There will be a tour-de-force visual presentation of the history of the Medium and its foremost practitioners. After which, the instructor will demonstrate how to develop head studies on toned paper using this time-honored material.

Master Portrait Painting

Master Figure Painting: The Long Pose

This workshop will focus on a seven day long pose, working with a live model. The purpose of this workshop is to take students through all stages of a full color figure painting.

Workshops Payment and Refund Policies
Due to limited class space, tuition is non-refundable. A credit for tuition may be issued up to
30 days before the first workshop class. No credit will be issued after that time. Credits are valid from one year of issue. Registration and enrollment is first-come, first-served with full tuition due at time of registration.
Continuing Education and Emerging Artists School-year Program Payment and Refund Policies
Due to limited class space, tuition must be paid in full at time of registration. A $100 fee is applied for cancellation up to the first class. No refunds will be issued after the first class.
