Culminating in a nine-hour pose, artists will learn the fine points of portraiture from anatomy and structure to paint handling and more. Guided with demonstrations and instruction at the easel students will become well versed in drills and portrait principles that will inform and improve their studio work for years to come. Included with this course is an evening demonstration by the instructor.

Peter Kelsey is a Studio Incamminati graduate and teaching fellow. His work has been featured in publications including American Artist Magazine. Mr. Kelsey has painted commissioned portraits both official and private including LeRoy Zimmerman former Attorney General of Pennsylvania. His art has been in numerous exhibitions including the Principle Gallery, Alexandria, VA, Stanek Gallery, Philadelphia; S. R. Brennen Fine Art, Santa Fe; The National Arts Club, New York; the Comcast Center and The Union League of Philadelphia. Studio Incamminati artist/instructor Peter Kelsey conducts a three-hour painting demonstration 6 -9 p.m., Tues., Feb. 26 at the John H. Vanderpoel Art Association. The demo is free to workshop participants and the general public.

Workshops Payment and Refund Policies
Due to limited class space, tuition is non-refundable. A credit for tuition may be issued up to
30 days before the first workshop class. No credit will be issued after that time. Credits are valid from one year of issue. Registration and enrollment is first-come, first-served with full tuition due at time of registration.
Continuing Education and Emerging Artists School-year Program Payment and Refund Policies
Due to limited class space, tuition must be paid in full at time of registration. A $100 fee is applied for cancellation up to the first class. No refunds will be issued after the first class.
